- I think we all need to know that USR has sold a modem without the
- accompaning support for Windows 95 and then has distanced themselves
- from their customers by creating a fortress around them, whereby no
- one can get through to them. The queue lines on customer support
- are around 20 min. and there is no other way to reach them. We should
- protest this kind of treatment!! They should stand behind and
- support what they sell!!
